I cannot find any information about how you have licensed your code. Mind adding it to the readme or a license file?

If I remember, I put license at the bottom of the file. (I really don't care about it so I put it as far out of sight as I can!)
But it's all Boost where I can. mysql.d is the only exception because it links dynamically to the mysql C library, which is GPL.
