Currently I am very happy being a contributor to the KISS Linux project. One nice thing about KISS is that everything is hackable and the system is small enough, such that mere mortals can wrap their heads around it.
Feel like rewriting init in elisp? Nothing is stopping you.
With that in mind, I'm not sure EmacsOS is the most productive idea, though tempting. I mean I basically already run EmacsOS on top of KISS. Anybody can do it. I don't see it being a good enough reason to fork KISS, though.
It seems like thats the next logical step from all your projects. :^)
