Describe the request

A method for changing distance between the top edge and a tab.
スクリーン上端からタブまでの距離を変更するメソッド。

Purpose

Todo

Cancel tab's AutoLayout for y axis on code.
Set up AutoLayout again.

コード上でTabのy軸方向のAutoLayoutを解除する
AutoLayoutを設定し直す
