Running

apt-source unifiedviews-webapp

when I had setup repositories according this manual (http://wiki.lod2.eu/display/LOD2DOC/Installation+of+a+local+LOD2+stack) will not yield downloading debian source package as desired.
What can I do to be able to work with debian source packages in debian way?
