Crash of UV GUI in pipeline editor #208

Steps to reproduce

Login into UnifiedViews
go to pipelines list -> list of pipelines is displayed
select a pipeline -> pipeline editor is displayed
go to browsers navigation bar and change pipeline ID to an nonexistent (for example 9999999 shall not be there) and press enter -> 'Unexpected error' is displayed
go to navigation bar again, and press enter -> stack trace is displayed

Expected behavior:

Information message that such pipeline is not defined shall be displayed
