I suppose that you have set a wrong permission on your system.

that was cuni-test, permissions needed to be set as "chown -R uv:tomcat7" on the temp folder

Is this solved on cuni-test1? Anyway, it shall be fixed - to improve error message or to use another disk directory or build data in memory.
