Web Browser tool cannot see checkbox state

Very minor one, but when using the web browser tools, the state of checkboxes isn't rendered.

This means when the agent checks a checkbox (e.g. "I agree to terms and services" when signing up to something), it cannot see that it's checked it, and can keep trying in a loop / generally get confused.

I can share an example with devs upon request, but it contains private data so can't post it here.
