The UHG-routing writes the delayed fractions of runoff to sections of riverflow in the future. These values are currently lost when the end of simulation is reached, ie when resuming from this end, their effect is absent.
Solution: Store/load qout(d+(1:length(hrout),:) at end/beginning of simulation.
