Largely implemented by Erwin, needs to be tested and merged. A variety of potential issues and enhancements (snow depletion curve, hourly resolution, re-use of radiation correction in ET-computation) will arise.

Snow module has been merged. Several options for improvement (see above and Erwin's thesis) remain.
