To the left and right of the search input add a hamburger icon and directions respectively.

Next tasks (storyboards):

  • hamburger icon: on click should toggle overlay of simple menu with options to sign in/out and accessing profile, saved pins and directions, and sharing location
  • directions icon: for now on click should route to directions route

Update

  • only directions icon is needed now; we transitioned to a persisting nav bar so no need for the hamburger icon
  • we have updated mockups that you can reference: the style is now slightly different than requested in this issue.
    • overview

    • the related icon images can be found in the ~/client/src/assets/icons/leaflet subfolders

@bethlei a couple of notes:

  • there's related tasks in Style search feature for map view #181 once this is complete
  • we have updated mockups that you can reference: the style is now slightly different than requested in this issue.
