Describe the bug

Hello, I have noticed that the documentation for the Textualize/rich project on Read the Docs has not been updating for a while due to build errors. Below are the details of the issue:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Visit the Read the Docs project page: https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/rich/builds/
  2. Observe that the latest documentation updates are missing.

Additional Context:

I have checked for existing issues related to this problem but did not find any. Recently, no builds have been executed, suggesting that there might be a configuration issue on the readthedocs.org side.

Thank you!

build.os has to be set explicitly now in readthedocs.yaml

You will find a few examples here readthedocs/readthedocs.org#8912, in the linked issues and pull requests.

However, the recent lack of build triggering is probably a problem with the project configuration at readthedocs.org.
