[Bug]: converting PDF to PDF/A is missing in the menue of version 0.36.0

The Problem

Furthermore, when I use the PDF to PDF/A conversion with the pipeline, the pdf is not converted to PDF/A but a bit garbled with unwanted OCR.

Additional Information

I updated the container to the lastest image with portainers duplicate/edit function using (pulling) froodle/s-pdf:latest.
Than I went back zu 0.33.1 the same way using (pulling)
frooodle/s-pdf:0.33.1-fat.
Before the update and after the downgrade the conversion worked OK.
