PDF into Sheet Music / Guitar Tabs

Are we able to Convert PDF into Music-XML using OCR?
If not, I'm 100% available for this, if someone could point me in the right direction.

Stirling-PDF does not currently have functionality for converting PDF content into MusicXML format, nor does it have existing modules or components specifically for music notation recognition. If you're interested in contributing this feature, you should start by opening an issue on Stirling-PDF's GitHub page to discuss the feature. Once it's discussed and approved, you can proceed with making the changes and submit a pull request with your implementation ^[1].
