[Bug]: sd-card-formatter not installing

Prerequisites

• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

Should install. isn't.

Updating 'sd-card-formatter' (5.0.2 -> 5.0.3)

manifest shows:

"url": "https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/eula_windows/SDCardFormatterv5_WinEN.zip"

but it appears url is:

https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/eula_windows/SD%20Card%20Formatter%20Setup.exe

Steps to Reproduce

> scoop install extras/sd-card-formatter
Installing 'sd-card-formatter' (5.0.3) [64bit] from 'extras' bucket
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
URL https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/eula_windows/SDCardFormatterv5_WinEN.zip is not valid
