Right now, the commensurate Lyapunov exponents computing routine doesn't support passing parameters, we need to set that up!

function extend_fun(t, temp)
temp=reshape(temp, ne, ne+1)
result = zeros(ne)
fun(result, temp[:, 1], t)
for i=2:ne+1
result = [result; Jfdefun(t, temp[:, 1])*temp[:, i]]
end
return result
end
