Manga panels

Hi

I just want to say thank you, your software is pretty amazing and cool.
I am very new to stable diffusion and stuff like image inpainting,
currently i am trying to use your software to do stable diffusion on manga panels.

for example(right the original image and left similar image of character):

as you can see in the manga image i have whited out the speech bubble.
now using lama i get this:

the result is pretty good but it can be better, i have tried Dell e but im not happy with the editing feature it has available and i cant use other imagers as a sort of mask to pass in :

My question really is what settings would i use in order to get lama to complete the manga panels and remove speech bubbles/ text in the imagers?
