导入fps问题时提示SeverError #477

Ubuntu22.04刚刚用Docker部署好的qduoj，导入旧OJ的fps格式的xml题目时提示Sever Error，我把我所有的fps文件都试过了，所有的都i不能导入，但是自己新建题目后评测是可以正常进行的
