172.20.40.7~9 这三台机器，40.9 是主节点，迁移以后没有主从切换，新的 40.9 节点网络不通，IP 还在原来的 40.9 节点上，所以集群还是原来的集群，新的机器没有生效
新机器上 slaveof 6379 中间缺少IP，因为连不上 metadata ,所以启动失败.
