Hola! My name is Pavit Kaur(She/her)
I am a final year Undergraduate student pursuing Bachelors of Computer Science and Engineering in India and I am currently Google Summer of Code Student Developer with Debian.
Now, as you are here then I am assuming that it would be because you want to know about me 😁 so let's talk more about me!
I have keen interest in building and working with APIs and databases ❤️, so I am always looking for opportunities to work on Backend Development section of projects (let me know if you have one for me 😇) . I have some Backend Development experience in buildng APIs using Django REST (Python), Node.js(Javascript) and Sinatra(Ruby) integrated with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Myntra-HackerRamp: Customer Delight
- Android Application for Virtual-Try-On with Mix-match products matching
- My Role: I worked on building backend for application using Flask integrated with ML models
- Achievement: Pre-Finalist (Selected in Top 32 Teams anong 6000+ participated Teams)
- Silly Hacks 2020: Ruin Digital Life
- Silly prank application to destroy someone's digital life by targeting both one's computer and social media
- My Role: I worked on building backend for application using Django REST integrated with Auth0 for authentication and used my Web Scraping to fill up the database with demotivational quotes and posters which as part of the prank was going to be send daily to user's social media accounts.
- Acheievement: Won the Silly Hacks 2020 under the event "Hacking with n8n"
