Doesn't reconnect on boot #14

Every time I start Chat, I get a connection error. Then I have to disable the account and enable it again to connect.

Steps to reproduce:

Reboot with a configured XMPP account.
Error: account is not connected.
Disable account, enable it again.
Account is now connected.
