pygml error: The extension couldn't be loaded

Hello, I have an error when trying to export a song to mp3, when trying to do so it gives the pygml error: The extension couldn't be loaded, and prevents the file from being exported. I've tried several times to reinstall the program but it hasn't worked.

Don't use the built in export tool. Instead, download Audacity, and use its playback feature to record your OpenNBS sound and export it to an MP3. It turns out as a higher quality song than with the export.
