Please consider adding support for Xaml 2009 features:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee792007(v=vs.110).aspx

Xamarin.Forms supports this, and so does WPF, but ironically the tooling used for it does not, heh.

I would be interested in assisting!

The Tooling does not support it, cause compiled xaml only supports xaml 2006! The dynamicly parsed supports 2009
