Currently, when one runs nmllite-ui without arguments, it asks to provide a json file:

nmllite-ui

NMLlite-UI v0.4.2: A GUI for loading NeuroMLlite files

Usage:
    nmllite-ui Sim_xxx.json
Load a NeuroMLlite file containing a Simulation, which refers to the Network to run

For someone using the tool for the first time, it is unclear where this file should come from. So, it'll be better to run nmllite-ui with maybe a default file or with a blank file---this is what most UI applications do. Ideally, a user should be able to run nmllite-ui to create a brand new file?
