Since the KeyPerf volume template is collecting metrics for workload volumes, the KeyPerf volume prefix should match the prefix for conf/restperf/9.12.0/workload_volume.yaml

As @rahulguptajss pointed out, the qos_ prefixed metric may not be the best, especially because the KeyPerf volume template includes Aggregator node and svm<>svm_vol metics too. Let's hold off on this change until we work on the new dashboards. We can align the names and dashboards then.
