Possible Instance of Error

I was on https://sde-indexing-helper-staging.nasa-impact.net/1702/delta-urls.
Moved the status from QC: Perfect to Prod: Perfect
Initially said that the workflow status couldn’t be updated
However, when i tried it a second time, it worked
