Can you link you research notes on what other repos are doing here? Basically, here are the 3 things that other repos are doing, and here is the 1 that we are recommending. We can take this up in 25.2 |

Further Improvisation: To create a workflow using GitHub Actions so that, when a commit is made to a branch with a PR for merging into dev, newly added ADRs are automatically updated in the Index of ADRs in docs/architecture-decisions/README.md. A separate card will be created for this.
