Yes - and alternatives don't suffice

Related problems

MMGIS has been used to support at least one flight campaign consisting of several instruments and aircraft. There was not an easy (or useful) way to manage tens or more of flight plan options.

Describe the feature request

Provide a capability to reorder, rework, or manipulate tens to hundreds of individual flight lines in the 2D map panel.
