Breaking the visual WPM

I discovered upon an issue this morning while I was visiting

I used the "OpenSpritz this!" bookmark to read the page. I switched the WPM a few times while it was running, then paused it and switched the WPM a couple more times times. I'm not sure which sequence of events threw the visual delivery off but eventually the WPM speed was acting like it was adding the WPM speeds together and sometimes when I would pause it would go what seemed like four times as fast.

Thank you @jrollins , there seems to be a problem with the timer when you hit pause and switch the WPM. I have an experimental branch with the rewritten OpenSpritz core from @mbradshawabs .

It would be great if you can test the issue with that version.
