Instead change the require of /__w/_actions/cycjimmy/semantic-release-action/v2/node_modules/semantic-release/index.js in /__w/_actions/cycjimmy/semantic-release-action/v2/src/index.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.
