Hello, I used the plotInteractions function for colocalization analysis, but I don't quite understand what this colocalization analysis means, and what does the column name of the matrix obtained after colocalization analysis represent?

I still have a question, how to determine the indicators of correlation analysis and colocalization analysis, 0.5? 0.8?
