can we do camera rendering and if so how to do it.

@klowrey Do you mean selecting a camera in the visualizer? Or doing vision-based control?

Mujoco can simulate an optical sensor; can we grab the image and use it in an Env.

This should be post release, as it's just a specific type of observation.
