Why does the VC HydroElec Project Contain Linked Resource

From my review of the documentation, linked resources are an extension introduced by the IID spec. This spec extends DIDs not VCs.

So I am questioning if linkedResource really belongs in the VC or whether in actual fact it should be a linked resource of an IID referenced by the VC that is retrieved through a resolution process.

There is no VC retrieval process defined.

However, we can define linked resources in the context of any JSON-LD element, so its fair game to put them in VCs.

We will need a context for VCs that use linked resources. We should figure this out.
