ExPVE

GitHub Workflow Status hex.pm hex.pm hex.pm hexdocs.pm github.com

Proxmox client for Elixir. Heavily inspired by ex_aws. View the Proxmox PVE API Docs. ExPVE has been tested on v6, v7, and v8 clusters.

Installation

If available in Hex, the package can be installed by adding ex_proxmox to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

def deps do
  [
    {:ex_proxmox, "~> 0.1.0"},
    {:hackney, "~> 1.9"},
  ]
end

Documentation can be generated with ExDoc and published on HexDocs. Once published, the docs can be found at https://hexdocs.pm/ex_proxmox.

Hackney configuration

ExPVE by default uses hackney to make HTTP requests to the Proxmox Cluster API. You can modify the options as such:

config :ex_proxmox, :hackney_opts,
  follow_redirect: true,
  recv_timeout: 30_000

JSON Codec Configuration

The default JSON codec is Jason. You can choose a different one:

config :ex_proxmox,
  json_codec: Poison
