Can't access home page once logged in

Once a user logs in and is taken to the user page there is no way to access the home page or any of the other pages linked from the home page without logging out. Will need to add a home button at the bottom of the user page (or any other available space).

This also will need to be implemented with add conditions to the home page that either shows the sign in button or user page button depending on if the user is signed in or not.

From there these same button conditions can be added to the help and gambling resource pages for complete user access and eliminate any inconveniences for the user.
