Describe the bug

Notifications are not handled correctly. One download causes 60+ notifications. I think every time the progress report updates, a new notification is created.

Also, there are two groups of notifications. Both are called download.

To Reproduce

  1. Download anything
  2. Go to settings > notifications
  3. One download causes many notifications

This is a compatibility issue, will be fixed in next version

@JunkFood02 Both categories are still called Download. Maybe rename one to Download progress and keep Download for the other.
