We need a way to query the problem database. Initial ideas:

attach metadata to each problem
use the CUTE classification scheme (e.g., https://github.com/JuliaOptimizers/OptimizationProblems.jl/blob/master/src/arwhead.jl#L23), see http://www.cuter.rl.ac.uk/Problems/classification.shtml

We should be able to select according to criteria such as:

unconstrained problems
problems with equality constraints only
problems with linear constraints only
problems with bounds only
quadratic programs only
convex problems only (?)
problems that are well defined in size at least n but at most N
combinations of all of the above.
