We should get FlexiBLAS going and use it as a general mechanism to pick a BLAS/LAPACK at runtime. The first step would be to build it in Yggdrasil with all the other libraries needed.

I'm closing this - since we don't want to do this until it has coverage for all OSes. It is Linux only for now.
