Beginner tutorial

As many, I have a huge interest in Blink.jl, but I am a bit lost with all the components involved (that would be Julia, HTML, CSS, JS, and Blink/Electron).

Requesting a tutorial is easy, but actually, I am willing to do my part: writing it! I would need a lot of help though, and I would have a ton of questions. As I really want to use Blink.jl in an incoming Julia package that I am coding for work, I am highly motivated.

If the contributors/users of the Blink.jl's community is willing to help, I am ready to start that. In that case, is there a place to chat/ask questions (I don't want to spam the github's issues nor the discourse ...).
