0.4 Dict deprecation warnings #66

The changes to Dict construction cause Color to have a number of deprecation warnings. Does anyone have any good ideas other than forking a 0.4 version of this package?

I'm wondering the same thing about Images. Forks do have the disadvantage of needing to do a lot of backporting.

Would be nice if we had JuliaLang/julia#7449
