Zero based cell indexes (feature request)

Apparently you recently added a compatibility mode to EPPLUS so that you could use 0 based indices to pull worksheets. This is awesome! I don't suppose you could have that mode do the same for cell indices?

Since I read in a lot of files sequentially, one of my biggest errors when using EPPLUS is Excel's decision to use 1 based indices rather than 0. Especially when trying to map a worksheet (one based) to a datatable (zero based).
