I am working through the "Introduction to scRNA-seq integration" vignette and everything is running smoothly. My problem is that once I get to the "identify conserved cell type markers" section, the transition from identifying the markers to plotting them against cell types is simply "we can explore these marker genes for each cluster and use them to annotate our clusters as specific cell types." I feel like this step is not trivial and I was wondering how to exactly go about this in Seurat. I am working with rat brain samples and I am unsure exactly how to go about this cluster annotation. Any advice? Thank you
