There is a bug in the function that obtains the Evaporation from the monthly (.mon) files, when trying to get the value for the midnight of new year's day (that is, the hour zero of the next year).
The error does not cause any interruption in the model execution, but instead, the model get 'stuck' and cannot advance.
This has been also the limitation to run asynch simulations for multiple continuous years.
