The Error Tolerances section in global files is expected to present 4 lines and N columns of data, in which N is the number of states in the system.
However, the Global file parser does not check if it the this number of columns match the number of states of the hillslope-link model, allowing the execution of the model with unexpected error tolerance values for non-declared states (resulting in practically unsolvable numerical scenarios).
