The libraries for controlled terms are growing rapidly with EBRAINS starting to use openMINDS for the Knoweledge Graph.
Not all existing terms within the openMINDS terminologies are connected to InterLex and/or the Knowledge Space.
And some new terms that are brought in by the community (mainly EBRAINS at the moment) are not yet registered in InterLex and/or the Knowledge Space.
Could we extend the openMINDS pipeline to extract automatically all terms that do not yet have an InterLex link and/or a Knowledge Space link and store the URL to those terms as requests_interlex and requests_knowledge-space files (e.g., as CSVs) in the main branch?
Structure of that file could look like this (e.g., requests_interlex.csv):
terminology
JSON-LD
openMINDS version
x
y
z
This issue is not an urgent request, but it would be good to establish something sooner rather than later.
@HumanBrainProject/openminds-developers your thoughts? good idea?
