Intensity correction flags in state file

State file does not correctly apply the flags to the intensity correction menu. For e.g. if current window has Apply Pixel Solid Angle Correction checked and a new state file is loaded where this option was not checked, the check mark still appears in the menu option. This is also true for the other options in Edit > Intensity Corrections menu.
