update calendar layout

right now we have a cool looking page, but it has a limited functionality.
i want to have a same look, but using reactstrap with bootstrap layout, modals and ability to drag-n-drop meals between times/days

1. create a separated page and using reactstrap recreate a same logic
2. apply styles for that page, so it'll looks less bootstrap-style and more like a previous version
3. add modals + connect meals into it
4. implement a drag-n-drop
