Homepage Spotlight top position does not show mature content warning when appropriate

The top spotlighted stream on the homepage shows the running video and audio of a stream marked appropriately as mature even when the user has the mature content warning enabled. Either the stream should prompt as it does on the streamer's page, or it should not rotate into the top "streaming spot" for those with a mature content warning enabled (perhaps still show on the homepage, just not in the top spot).
