Retriving missing key into csv file - formattig structure issue

file is not structure correctly due to extra line breaks or special character or added extra symbols

Steps to reproduce

generate missing keys with gdretools into translation csv file

Found file structure problems
(first used libre calc to open files, but for somwhat reason opening same csv file twice without saving with it was changing the file)
Using notepad++ to view

Every Line is ended with ;;;;;
Case where key name start with " (Line 3, Line 76 for example)
Line 19-37 is spread across multiple lines instead of one
Some lines had more , then allowed number of columns or there is some problem with encasing separator in quotes (2,76,94,133,154,168,175 lines)
