Bug Report: Missing Note in Spookeez Hard Chart

What version of the game are you using?

0.3.3 (still present in 0.4.1 - itch.io Version 17)

Have you identified any steps to reproduce the bug? If so, please describe them below in as much detail as possible. Use images if possible.

1. Start Spookeez through the Freeplay menu
2. Open the chart editor
3. Change the difficulty to "Hard"
4. Scroll to the end of Section 14 or 18

Please describe your issue. Provide extensive detail and images if possible.

An arrow for a very brief note is missing at the end of Sections 14 (Spooky) and 18 (Boyfriend) that is later present in the ends of Sections 30 (Spooky) and 34 (Boyfriend).

The note is sung in the song during all four sections but is only charted in the later two sections.
The Spooky Kids sing a brief "ooh" and Boyfriend sings a high-pitched "ah"
