[Epic]: delegate native logics to Finschia/cosmos-sdk

Summary

From now, this repository will only maintain its original modules. Others like cosmos native modules and core logic developed by Finschia dev would be migrated to Finschia/cosmos-sdk.

• Update x/collection to use Finschia/[email protected] #1196
• Update x/foundation to use Finschia/[email protected] #1197
• Update x/stakingplus to use Finschia/[email protected] #1200
• Update x/bankplus to use Finschia/[email protected] #1212
• Update migration from Finschia/finschia-sdk v0.48.x
• Stop using of x/params in x/foundation #1232
• Use x/collections (c.f. not x/collection, it's cosmos native feature) in x/foundation
• Apply necessary PRs from the finschia-sdk triage

The works would be first merged onto a feature branch bumpup50. After finishing internal audit, it would be finally merged onto main.
